Dean Burnette is a local Business Broker and Licensed Real Estate Broker based in Savannah Georgia serving the Coastal and South Georgia area.

As the Managing Broker of Best Business Brokers. Dean strives to inspire the brokers in the firm through regular staff/broker meetings that include education, training, and development.

Dean is a member of the Savannah Area Realtors – Real Estate Commercial Alliance (RCA), he is a member of the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce a member of the Georgia Association of Business Brokers (GABB). He is a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), the International Propeller Club, and also a proud sponsor of the Georgia Logistics Summit.  

Dean has started, bought, sold, owned and operated businesses since 1986.

Best Business Brokers specialize in Manufacturing businesses for sale, Technology businesses for sale, and Logistics businesses for sale with revenues between $1mm and $30mm and industrial/commercial real estate.

Dean has earned GABB Million Dollar Club Member status for several years and was the 2013-2014 President of the Savannah Small Business Chamber. He is currently serving on the board of directors for the Georgia Association of Business Brokers (GABB).

These experiences contribute to his abilities to help identify and qualify appropriate buyers, put together sales prospectus, negotiate terms of a sale, all while maintaining confidentiality so that only prospective purchasers know your business is transitioning. Dean is excited about the many opportunities that the current economic conditions have created in the Coastal Savannah Georgia area. Dean is married to Dr. Deborah Burnette, he has two children, four grandchildren, they enjoy traveling, playing music, kayaking, running and being in 4 parades a year on their parade float the Santa Maria.
